What the Mini Valet includes
"Mini valet" means different things at different places, so here is exactly what ours is. The car is snow foamed before it is touched, washed by hand including the wheels and arches, then hand dried and buffed rather than left to air dry.
Inside, it is a full vacuum, the mats dealt with separately depending on whether they are fabric or plastic, the surfaces wiped with Autoglym bacteria cleaning solution, the door sills cleaned and dried, and the glass cleaned and buffed. The tyres get dressed on the way out.
Who books the Mini Valet
It suits two sorts of job. The first is a regular clean - every few weeks or once a month - to stop a car sliding into the state where it needs the full treatment. The second is a one-off before something matters: a long trip, a special occasion, or handing the car over to someone else.
We take cars, vans and anything larger, and the vehicle is cleaned at our unit rather than on a driveway, so the weather does not change what you get. If the inside has gone further than a wipe down - carpets that need shampooing, seats that need wet vacuuming - that is the Premier Valet at £85. If you just want it freshened up, the General Clean at £35 does the job.

How much is a Mini Valet?
£45 for a standard car. Vans, 4x4s and larger vehicles are quoted on the day, so ring us rather than assuming the standard rate.
How is this different from a mini valet at a pop-up car wash?
The name is the same; the work is not. Ours is snow foamed, washed by hand including the wheels and arches, hand dried and buffed, with an Autoglym bacteria clean of the interior surfaces, the mats treated according to type, door sills, glass and dressed tyres. What is the difference between the Mini Valet and the Premier Valet?
The £85 Premier Valet adds the deep work: tar spots and tree sap removed, a full hand polish, a layer of wax for protection, carpets shampooed and the seats wet vaxed. The Mini Valet cleans; the Premier Valet recovers.
Can I book it regularly?
Yes, plenty of customers do exactly that on a weekly or monthly basis. Give us a ring and we will sort out a routine that suits how you use the car.
Do you come to me?
No. You bring the car to our unit at Old Mill Lane Industrial Estate, Mansfield Woodhouse, which is what lets us work on it indoors regardless of the weather.
