What happens if it rains, can I still have my car valeted?

No worries, we have our own specialist heated valeting unit with high quality professional LED lighting to bring the outdoors in.

What if I book a lower package than required?

We will usually know when you drop the vehicle off if further time will be required due to excessive soiling or if dog hairs are present. We will always contact you before carrying out any additional work. We will always give you the best possible result for the valet you have booked.

I'm not sure which valet I need to choose?

Please give us a call (07713 175704) or drop in for a chat and we can discuss your specific requirements. We are always happy to put together a bespoke package if that best fits your requirements.

Is my car insured whilst in your care?

Fully comprehensive insurance covers all of our work, this includes driving any vehicle, which may be required to move vehicles in and out of the unit. No vehicles are left outside overnight and the unit is fully alarmed with security cameras that can be viewed remotely. Vehicle keys are always removed from the premises overnight.

What forms of payment does The Valet Man accept?

We accept cash or bank transfer using a mobile app.

Do you wash caravans?

Yes, all vehicles are catered for including mobile homes, caravans and HGVs.

How long does a premier valet take to complete?

This is dependent on the size and condition of the vehicle. A standard size car in average condition such as a Ford Focus will take 4-5hrs. Once we have had sight of your vehicle we can give you a more accurate timescale.
