Our restoration services
What each service does
Each service is priced to the vehicle after we have seen it, so the quote matches the work the car actually needs. Several of these pair naturally - a car cleaned by dry ice blasting is in the right condition for a protective coating, and paint correction is the usual first step before a ceramic coat.
Dry ice blasting
Non-abrasive cleaning for engine bays, underbodies, chassis and wheel arches. Solid CO2 pellets lift baked-on oil, road salt and old underseal without water, chemicals or abrasion, so it reaches areas where steam or sandblasting would cause damage. Read more on the dry ice blasting page.
Ceramic coating
A two-stage Diamondbrite treatment that bonds to the paintwork and forms a hard, hydrophobic skin, giving long-lasting protection and gloss without regular polishing. Every coating includes a full Premier Valet. See the ceramic coating page for the process and what it protects against.
Paintwork restoration
Machine paint correction to remove swirl marks, light scratches and oxidation, bringing depth and shine back to dull or marked paint. It is also the preparation stage before a ceramic coating goes on. More on the paintwork restoration page.
Wheel restoration
Kerbed, corroded or lacquer-peeled alloys refinished back to a clean, even finish. A tidy set of wheels lifts the look of the whole car. See the wheel restoration page for detail.

Why bring your car to us
Over two decades of local restoration and detailing work sit behind every job. The unit is fixed and fully equipped, so the car is worked on in a controlled environment rather than on a driveway, and we take vehicles of any size.
Whether you want a single service or a full clean-and-protect programme, we quote the work to the car in front of us. We are at Unit 53 Block 8, Old Mill Lane Industrial Estate, Mansfield Woodhouse, NG19 9BG, and we take work from across Mansfield, Mansfield Woodhouse and the wider Nottingham area.

Restoration questions
How much does car restoration cost?
Every restoration service is quoted per vehicle after we have seen it. The price depends on the size of the car, the condition it is in and which services it needs, so we would rather look at it than guess from a price list. Send us photos or bring it in.
Do you come to me?
No. All restoration work is done at our unit at Old Mill Lane Industrial Estate, Mansfield Woodhouse, by appointment. Working from a fixed, equipped unit is what makes machine polishing, wheel refinishing and dry ice blasting possible in the first place.
Which service does my car actually need?
It depends what is wrong. Dull or swirled paint is paint correction. Scuffed alloys are wheel restoration. Baked-on grime in an engine bay or underbody is dry ice blasting. Keeping a good finish that way is ceramic coating. Tell us the problem and we will tell you the job.
Can services be combined?
Yes, and several pair naturally. Paint correction is the usual first step before a ceramic coating, and a car cleaned by dry ice blasting is in the right condition for protective treatment. Booking them together saves a second visit.
Do you work on classic cars?
Yes. Classic vehicles and restoration projects are as welcome as modern daily drivers, and dry ice blasting in particular is the safest option for aged paintwork, brittle seals and period wiring.
